IdeaReboots Job Order Referral Program provides a tangible benefit to any individual who refers a placement opportunity to our attention. The benefits available depend on the type of job order referred.

PERMANENT PLACEMENT

• Referral benefit can be a significant percentage of the candidates annual salary.
• This percentage may vary based on the annual salary of the candidate.
• In some cases the Referral benefit can be a fixed amount closed between the referrer and IdeaReboot.

TEMP, CONTRACT OR PROJECT PLACEMENT

• A referral which results in the engagement of IdeaReboot on a temp/contract or project placement
• Referral benefit can be an ongoing revenue stream which is a percentage of candidates hourly rate
• In some cases the Referral benefit can be a fixed amount closed between the referrer and IdeaReboot which is a one time amount dispersed in the first 30 days of the contract
