Summary
IdeaReboot Inc, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will work with members of the development team and is responsible for the design, development and implementation of workforce management applications and integration with other 3rd party solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designs, modifies and implements software applications
• Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software
• Responsible for high-level designs and technical requirements
• Conducts, participates in, and leads design/code reviews
• Act as a subject matter expert in a specific area of responsibility for other teams
• May engage in limited research, including investigating new technologies to improve current products
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Primary job function requires the ability to work independently
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Strong Object Oriented Design (OOD) skills required

Preferences

• 5+ years of application software development experience
• BS in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or Equivalent Foreign degree
• Enterprise software development experience is recommended
• Strong analytical skills coupled with sound business judgment
• Established contacts in brands, film, television and entertainment
• Highly motivated with strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and well organized
