Summary

IdeaReboot Inc is looking for server side java developers with high volume systems development experience to develop major e-commerce platform components for one of its e-Commerce client. The primary responsibility includes defining, designing, and implementing complex, multi-tier distributed software applications for the business domain.

Expectations

• 8+ years of industry experience developing high-volume server side Java software products.
• Candidates must have commercial “product” experience versus strictly IT oriented applications development.
• Java platform development related experience strongly preferred.
• Java API development experience is a plus.
• Define, design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software applications. Segment and design system layers to support component and layered application development, including business functionality and database access.
• Work with other engineers, managers, product managers, QA, and operation teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability while meeting realistic implementation schedules and adhering to development goals and principles.
• Estimate engineering efforts, plan implementations, and roll out system changes.
• Independently design, code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
