Summary
IdeaReboot Inc is looking for experienced Python and/or SilkTest automation engineer with strong background in UI test automation using Squish open source test automation tool. You will be developing python (preferred) or Silk code inside Squish to automate testing of a Linux based UI for an enterprise software product.

Expectations

• 5+ years industry experience in software development or SQA.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating system (RedHat preferred) a big plus. Knowledge of basic Linux commands is required.
• Proven experience testing and releasing enterprise level shrink wrapped software products.
• Good computer understanding & experience with device interfaces such as SCSI, IDE, and USB is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages is preferred, but not required: C#, C++, C.
• Basic networking knowledge of TCP/IP and/or layer 6/7 OSI model a plus as well.
• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills required.
• BSCS or equivalent.
