Summary

IdeaReboot Inc is looking for qualified candidates to manage a high visibility strategic project and be responsible for enabling successful solution definition, development and implementation delivery through KP IT’s disciplined and accepted project management processes. KP-IT programs are focused on an associated set of complementary objectives within an overall mission. This position will manage Strategic level projects with broad senior management visibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners and IT professionals to understand current/future business strategies, plans, and issues.
• Collaboratively determine and deliver IT solutions that align with the strategic plan.
• Define, develop and implement new technology as well as modifications to multiple existing applications, operational processes, and Human Resource practices as applicable.
• Ensure products are technically sound, clearly defined and obtainable.
• Ensure that solutions are holistic and include the integration of people, process and technology components.
• Provide definition of estimated delivery time, budgets required, and resources needed for the successful completion of multiple projects.
• Responsible for the development of all project artifacts? quality, relevance, and compliance to applicable standards.
• Responsible for integrating schedules with other contributing organizations or those who will be impacted upon the projects successful deliverables.
• Assist the team in resolving problems, developing solutions, and minimizing technical barriers to the business plan.
• Responsibilities also include tracking the progress of each initiative, meeting milestones as defined in the beginning of the project, identifying issues that need to be escalated and resolved, defining risk mitigation and developing viable contingency plans.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS, MIS, IS or related field.
• 10 years senior project management experience including IT full life cycle project planning (i.e. requirements gathering, cost analysis, gap and risk planning, design, QA testing, implementation and change control).
• Advanced Technical proficiency in the IT Infrastructure technologies, MS Office, MS Project, Ariba, Remedy, and Lotus notes

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Masters Degree in CS, MIS, IS or related field

Additional Information

• Organizational Change Management proficiency in a multidisciplinary distributed environment.
• Demonstrated experience as a senior project manager in a large-scale environment, particularly in the healthcare and insurance industries.
• Advanced understanding of the software delivery process expertise in project management methodologies and experience in client relationship.
