Summary

IdeaReboot Inc is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to provide engineering support for implementing Client’s authentication services and solutions and integrating them with new and existing systems for client’s customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy business solutions in the authentication space, leveraging client’s authentication products.
• Provide pre-sales support to the Public Sector sales team in the U.S., to include both Federal and non-Federal customers.
• Provide support for regular operations and maintenance of such systems, to include resolution of escalated support cases, troubleshooting, etc.
• Support initiatives such as PIV (HSPD-12), logical access, reduced sign-on, authentication and credentialing architecture re-design, and directory services migration.
• Participate in change control/management activities, including documentation, business and technical analysis, implementation and validation of change requests
• Develop and provide customer training
• Develop technical and policy documentation
• Must be willing to go through a background investigation to be able to work on Federal and non-Federal engagements

Position Required Skills

• 5+ years experience integrating third party applications with internal customer systems.
• A proven record for delivering projects that involve third party products (off-the-shelf).
• Must be motivated, creative, a self-starter, and well-organized.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong administrator level strong experience on Windows operating systems
• Directory experience, with an emphasis on enterprise directories such as Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience in implementation of distributed, server-side applications, involving web, directory and database servers
• Strong overall troubleshooting skills
• Strong Experience in network troubleshooting.
• Experience in strong authentication technologies and solutions such as PKI, smart cards, One-Time passwords, etc.
• Working knowledge of cryptographic applications, such as secure email, client authentication, certificate validation, etc.
• Familiar with Federal policies and standards on information security and authentication
• Familiar with SQL and LDAP
• Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server
• Capable of working independently or with larger cross-functional teams

Desired Skills

• Administrative level experience on Linux and Solaris operating systems.
• Programming/Development experience in C/C++, Java, .NET, Web Services and other Internet based languages
• Experience with other database, web and directory servers
• Experience with client’s authentication products - MPKI, VIP, UA and MyID CMS.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, and environments.
• Experience in providing technical and documentation support for Certification and Accreditation activities
